Make a practice test from your notes
GoCram reads your notes and writes exam-style multiple-choice questions about them, with the reason each answer is right or wrong. Then it keeps track of the topics you miss.
How it works
- 1
Upload your notes
A chapter, a slide deck as PDF or a whole course.
- 2
Take the test
Multiple-choice questions written from your material, with an explanation for each answer.
- 3
Fix your weak spots
Your progress page shows the topics you fail most so you know what to review.
Questions about what you actually studied
Every question comes from your document, so you practise with the concepts and the vocabulary of your own course instead of a random question bank.
Timed mock exams
When the exam is close, switch to a timed mock exam to practise under pressure and see your score at the end.
Explanations, not just a score
After each question GoCram tells you why the right answer is right, using your notes as the source, so a mistake becomes something you learn from.
Frequently asked questions
What kind of questions does it write?
Multiple-choice questions with four options, based on the key facts and ideas in your notes.
Can I use it to study for standardized tests?
Yes, upload your study guide or course notes and practise with questions written from them.
Is GoCram really free?
Yes. Every study tool is free, with no paywall and no "premium" limits hidden behind an upgrade button.
What can I upload?
PDFs (including scanned ones, which are read with OCR), Word documents, slides exported to PDF and audio recordings of lectures, which are transcribed first.
Does it work in English?
Yes. GoCram writes your flashcards, tests, summaries and audio in the language of your notes, so English notes get English study material.
What happens to my notes?
They are processed on our own servers in the EU by our own AI models. Your notes are not sent to third-party AI services and are never shared unless you choose to.
